ICL111A – 1T1R, 24GHz, FMCW, Low Power, AiP(Antenna-In-Package)
ICL111A는 On-Chip Antenna 타입의 24GHz FMCW Radar SoC 이다.
이 SoC는 PIR , TOF 센서를 대체할 수 있는 기능을 갖추고 있으며, Main Board에 실장이 용이하도록 개발되었다.
특히, SoC 자체적으로 인체감지 결과를, 핀을 통해 실시간적으로 출력하는 기능을 갖추고 있다.
