XendD109M – 1T1R, 24GHz FMCW Radar Sensor Module

XenD109M는 On-Chip Antenna 타입의 SoC, ICL111A를 탑재하고 있는 모듈이다.

이 모듈은 외부 MCU 없이도  인체감지 결과를 GPIO를 통해 실시간적으로 출력하는 기능을 갖추고 있다.
